Minimum Passenger Requirement
QM2 Tours requires at least one passenger for a private tour to operate. However, we may cancel a reservation if weather, maintenance, or safety concerns arise. In those cases, we always prioritize the safety of our passengers and crew.
Refund Policy
If you feel unhappy with your booking, please contact us immediately. We offer a full refund within 24 hours of your original booking time. After that 24-hour window passes, we cannot issue refunds or change tour dates.
Because we schedule charters in advance and experience high demand, we strictly enforce this policy. To cancel, send a written email to info@qm2tours.com within 24 hours of booking. Once we receive your request, we will process your refund.
Tickets purchased online apply only to the selected date and time. Nevertheless, you may reschedule within the first 24 hours by emailing us directly.
Weather Policy
Safety always comes first. Therefore, we cancel tours during lightning or thunderstorms. If we cancel your tour, we notify you by email and offer a refund.
On the other hand, we operate in light rain or cloudy weather. Overcast skies do not cancel a tour. Additionally, wildlife sightings such as dolphins or whales are not guaranteed. For that reason, we do not issue refunds if you do not see specific animals.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your tour without notice, we cannot issue a refund. We kindly ask that you email us if you cannot attend. This courtesy helps us manage our schedule effectively.
Buy Now, Pay Later Option
When booking online, you agree to pay 20% of the total tour price plus taxes and PayPal fees. Then, you pay the remaining balance on the day of your tour.
Please note that the 20% deposit remains non-refundable if you cancel or change your tour date.
Alcohol and Tobacco Policy
You may bring beer, tequila, rum, whiskey, or mixed drinks onboard. Additionally, you may purchase drinks directly from us. However, all guests must consume alcohol responsibly.
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive or violent behavior. If someone acts inappropriately toward our staff, we will end the tour immediately and report the incident to authorities.
Guests may smoke only at the back of the boat, weather permitting.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our liability waiver. Ocean activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Therefore, you accept full responsibility for your participation.
You assume all known and unknown risks, even those resulting from negligence. Furthermore, you agree not to file claims or lawsuits against QM2 Tours, its owners, employees, contractors, or agents for injuries, damages, or losses connected to your participation.
If you notice any hazard during your tour, you must immediately inform the captain or crew member. In addition, you agree to remove yourself from the activity if necessary.
Media Release
By joining a QM2 Tour, you grant us permission to use photos or videos from your tour for promotional or commercial purposes. We may use your name and likeness without compensation.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement. Moreover, you acknowledge that you give up certain legal rights as part of this release.

QM2 Tours requiere un mínimo de 1 pasajero para operar un tour privado. Sin embargo, podemos cancelar un tour por mal clima, mantenimiento o razones de seguridad. En ese caso, notificaremos a los pasajeros por correo electrónico o teléfono.
Reembolsos y Cambios
Solicitamos un aviso de cancelación dentro de 24 horas para emitir un reembolso completo. Después de ese período, no ofrecemos reembolsos ni cambios de fecha.
Los boletos en línea son válidos únicamente para la fecha y hora seleccionadas. No obstante, puede reprogramar dentro de las primeras 24 horas enviando un correo electrónico.
Clima
Cancelamos tours durante tormentas eléctricas. Si cancelamos el tour, ofreceremos un reembolso o reprogramación.
Operamos con lluvia ligera o clima nublado. Además, no garantizamos avistamientos de vida marina. Por lo tanto, no emitimos reembolsos por esa razón.
Ausencias
Si no se presenta el día del tour, no realizamos reembolsos. Le pedimos que nos avise con anticipación si no puede asistir.
Compra Ahora, Paga Después
Usted paga el 20% del total al reservar en línea. Luego, paga el saldo restante el día del tour. Este depósito no es reembolsable si cancela o cambia la fecha.
Liberación de Responsabilidad
Al comprar su boleto, usted acepta todos los riesgos asociados con actividades marítimas. Asimismo, libera a QM2 Tours de responsabilidad por lesiones o daños relacionados con su participación.
Si observa algún peligro, debe informarlo inmediatamente al Capitán o al personal.
