QM2 Tours requires a minimum number of 1 passenger in order for a private tour to go out.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to inclement weather, maintenance or other unforeseen occurrences that may put in danger the safety of our passengers & crew
Refund
If you are unhappy with your boat tour bookings for any reason, please let us know. Our Refund Policy gives you 24 hours after your booking is made to obtain a full refund. If 24 hours have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or date change. Due to already scheduled charters we have limited availability and high customer demand therefore only offer a full refund with 24hours of your booking.
To cancel your boat charter, we require a written email to info@qm2tours.com within 24-hour of your online booking for a refund to be issued. Tickets purchased online are for this date and time only.
Your boat charter may be rescheduled to a different date/time, prior to the 24-hour window, by contacting QM2 Tours directly by email at info@qm2tours.com
No Shows
If you have paid for a tour and did not show up or cancel a reservation, you will not be issued a refund. Please give us the courtesy email to let us know you will not be able to attend.
Inclement Weather
Tours will be cancelled during lightning/thunderstorms. You will be notified by email if the tour is cancelled. If you have purchased a ticket online you will be offered a refund. We will tour in light rain or overcast weather.
Tours still take place on cloudy/overcast days! If no Dolphins or Whales are not spotted no refunds will be issued for this.
Buy Now Pay later
You agree to pay 20% of the total booking price plus taxes and PayPal fee of your tour booking date on our website. The tour balance is payable on the day of your tour. Please note your online payment is non-refundable if you cancel or change your tour excursion date.
